Originally designed for water bath canning, it’s proven surprisingly versatile and is commonly used for maple syrup, scalding, blanching, cooking corn, and even assisting in butchering. For added convenience, a ½” lockable valve simplifies draining. This outdoor canner can use wood or our optional LP Gas Burner for added control.
