Long Lasting Food Preservation
Crafted from durable stainless steel with precision-welded seams, this canner is built to last. Originally designed for water bath canning, it’s proven surprisingly versatile and is commonly used for maple syrup, scalding, blanching, cooking corn, and even assisting in butchering. For added convenience, a ½” lockable valve simplifies draining. This outdoor canner can use wood or our optional LP Gas Burner for added control. The fire box is brick-lined allowing to heat 50% faster than our other canners.
